As Jenny S. sees it, you have to listen to your body. She has done that and her decision to have Lap Band surgery has been a great call on her part.
The mother of four and the grandmother of one, Jenny decided it was time to do something about her weight problem. She notes that her reasons for having Lap Band surgery were for both healthy and beauty, noting both has turned beneficial for her.
Jenny watched her weight be like a yo-yo, as she went up and down between 135 pounds and 235 pounds. While regular weight loss programs did not do the trick for her, she sought out help.

Jenny reports that she is now on the perfect path to her ideal weight, which is around 145-150 pounds.
